Please note that we only sell 100% genuine guaranteed brand name fragrances to our wholesale customers only - those who are already buying from us since long time and doing millions of dollar sales as retailers. Our customers know our reputation well. We now give this opportunity to all. Any one who buys a minimum of $500 or more, we treat him/her as a wholesale customer.
Since we started our website sales primarily for our wholesale customers only, we are very much concerned about our “Rock Bottom Price Policy” and we will continue to maintain that way.
Unfortunately, it is really hard to maintain such low prices. In order to achieve this we needed to cut down our overhead expenses which includes but not limited to returns. The major part of our profit is given to our customers; our margin is very low. Our low profit margin does not permit us to entertain any returns. We do not accept RETURNS under normal circumstances.
However, there are circumstances when we do process returns. Rest assured your money is 100% protected because your merchandise is shipped & insured with UPS.
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours after delivery.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without an (RMA) number. All returned items will be inspected and must be approved by our customer service department. Item(s) must be in resalable condition and have its original packaging.
To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) you must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or telephone during Monday-Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm EST.
We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 48 hours. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
The only other way to return a product without a restocking fee is if there were any mistakes done on our end of the service, to which we apologize and ask you to kindly call our customer service and report immediately. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods.
